CRF employs over 800 people throughout San Diego County, including many people with first-hand, lived experience. CRF exemplifies a strong social mission. The majority of our employees are direct-service mental health clinicians who support individuals with serious mental illness in our outpatient clinics, short-term and longer-term residential homes, ACT community-based teams, as well as Psychiatric Response teams. Other employees support the administrative function of our organization, including accounting, information technology, human resources, and general operations.
CRF is a friendly, rewarding, and dynamic place to work. We believe in teamwork and collaboration throughout our organization. We are committed to our staff and their ability to learn and grow in their profession while serving others in our community.
Our employees are curious, have a can-do attitude, and enjoy working closely with others to create the best outcomes for our community. We support each other and appreciate what each individual brings to our organization.
