The Case Manager is responsible for providing advocacy, information and referrals for participants within the Safe Parking Program.  This is a part-time position with typical working hours 5:30-9:30 p.m. five evenings a week equating to approximately 20-25 hours a week.


  1. Set up and break down program operations
  2. Conduct intake and assessments for new participants
  3. Develop service plan with a focus on financial stability and re-housing
  4. Provide individualize resources and referrals to community programs
  5. Assist with clients in advocating for services they qualify for
  6. Provide employment development support
  7. Work with Housing Specialist for client re-housing
  8. Develop partnerships with other community based organizations
  9. Outcomes and data management into MHIS for participants activities and accomplishments
  10. Follow-up with participants who have exited the program
  11. Assist in oversight of interns during program operations
  12. Meet for supervision bi-weekly
  13. Other duties as assigned

  • Outcome driven programming
