We are seeking a training facilitator that will be integral to the successful delivery of our programs to our clients and partners in the nonprofit community. We are looking for someone to facilitate our Mindful Manager, Managing During Changing Times, Dismantling Bias, and Bridging Workforce Generation Gaps programs beyond our training institute. We offer cohort experiences as well as one-day offerings. We may add more programs in the future on other topics.

We need someone to deliver our high quality programs with their engaging and energetic way of being. If you like to provide valuable learning experiences for adults, get inspired by helping professionals and want to serve your community you will thrive in this position. This position is facilitation only, as all curriculum is already created and developed.

Diverse background representative of the multitude of areas our partner organizations serve is preferred.

Due to COVID, our Serra Mesa office has been closed but is in a reopening/hybrid phase. For the time being all programming is provided in a “virtual classroom”. We anticipate providing some facilitation in person by the end of 2021. The plan is to stay virtual in some capacity as this has created tremendous access for our participants.
