Overview

With general direction from the Dean of Graduate Studies and Research, the Administrative Analyst of the Innovation Hub provides oversight and program development for the CSUSM Innovation Hub. The incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the space and its usage, logistics for events/programming and supports the cultivation of internal and external relationships to advance the goals and services of the Hub. The Administrative Analyst will also provide financial and personnel oversight. The Administrative Analyst will collaborate closely with the Faculty Directors to develop and support activities and initiatives in the Hub. The Administrative Analyst will collaborate with staff in OGSR and University Advancement to support grant development and donor relations. The Administrative Analyst will also work closely with the AVP of Industry Partnership and Services to build, maintain and leverage community partner needs and support.

Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $4,500 - $5,000 per month
CSU Classification Salary Range: $3,897 - $7,051 per month
