Job responsibilities

Bookkeeping: manage all accounts and Quickbooks desktop tasks: invoicing, accounts receivable, bill entering and payment, cash payments and deposits, payroll, taxes (quarterly only but help prepare documents for 990).

Office coordination: coordinate birthday celebrations for staff, collect mail from mailbox, notify Director of Operations when supplies are needed for ordering

Other duties as assigned
