Under the general direction of the Director of Advancement Services, the incumbent will be responsible for identifying, researching and qualifying individuals, corporations and foundations as major donor prospects consistent with the priorities of CSUSM, and ensure that the fund raising staff has an ongoing supply of prospects to meet the University's fund raising goals. The incumbent will use available resources to prepare prospect research profiles, event bios and other requested reports.
Prospect Research Analyst
(Administrative Analyst/Specialist Exempt I)
Full-time, probationary position.

CSU Classification Salary Range: $3,897 - $7,051 per month
Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $4,000 - $4,583 per month
